Im qurius of how how many rl girls we are that plays Eve , because im sure there is a lot more than most guys seem to think. Girls dont play and 'OMG  ... she IS a girl' is the attitude I often meet  . Guys seems surprised when they hear a female voice on ts or vent.
Im appealing to all girls on Eve to write about theyr experiences with Eve and why they love this game.
Also it would have been fun if ccp came with the numbers of gaming girls , or at least the ones that is registered as females.

Everytime they hear that I'm female on ts they're suddenly very surprised. The reactions are several, most blokes tell you they'd loved you while people like Trey sexually assault you.

There's a large percentage of teen/early-20s guys in any online environment, EVE included. (Maybe not as large here as others).
I used to be a teen guy. I *know* that when confronted with anything that's actually human and female, the immediate response is to try and have sex with it.
That's why a lot of female players would rather keep the fact quiet.

lol yes most definetly, im looking forward to bringing that one up with the girlf'. I'll get one of those looks that says, now theres something i see in him that makes me love him, now what was it again. 'Ohh yes pity thats it......pity'
I have noticed on WoW there are lots of lady players, girlf' actually stole my druid and warrior :( - She plays Counterstrike as well.
I can imagine how annoying it can be for women, if i fly around in this alt i sometimes get asked if im a woman, likewise in WoW were its more obvious.
'Why would it matter, go away cretin before i pod you, or turn you into a sheep' thats WoW for the uninformed.
I say power to them and may more of them join in the party.

This obsession with girl gamers is annoying and im sure they dont care and just want to play the game as their charcater like everyone else.

I find TS a complete no go, went in there once and said hello, the long silence before one bloke had enough courage to say... "who is this". Not for me, I am a carebear anyway, I will say this a lot more of your friends in game start taking a random interest in hauling for you. Nah I prefer to mine alone
And the best bit is when you do go to fanfest or a eve meet they just assume your someone's girlfriend, its like being batman I tell you. batman.
Eve is a female friendly game because no one will ever believe that females actually play it.

I have yet to experience Trey sexually assult me on vent/ts though it wouldn't suprise me if did/does it with other girls lol

in Everquest i was allways amazed when i found out someone was really female on the other end, so many guys play female characters nowdays its hard to tell. so atleast in games like EQ the real women have to break the stigma of female elf=IRL 350lb dumptruck driver.

My wife plays eve. In fact i met her through eve. It is suprising to hear women on ts and what not because it is kinda rare, but I'm starting to think that it's not as rare as I used to think because I seem to be meeting more as time passes on.
