have they brough the new changes into steath ships in sisi yet? the 0 delay to locking time etc?

Yeah and how about that covert ops ship that can't employ a covert ops cloak.
SB really stands for Silly Boat-anchor. Complete waste of time as currently configured. It is not a covert ops ship if the only cloaks that can run on it are non-covert. It is just a lump of frigate dung that canĘt get out of its own way and canĘt hide.
What do you need a boat anchor for in space? It is has no useful purpose.

Damn, damn, damn. I've been conned. I have bought 3 of those 'lumps of frigate dung' at the request my corp members. I wonder what they are doing with them? Obviously the kill mails must be fake.

Just took a nemesis out for a little joyride. No changes. More specifically - theres still a recal time on cloaking (used an improved cloak 2)

The nemesis Needs major PG overhaul.
But yes the changes do not appear to be on server.
As for the 5ive gimp, Covert op cloak on a bomber you say? Then why use a standard Covert op ship at all? Oh you wouldn't you say? Thx Bye now.

Very perceptive to observe my dragging foot from just one post! Thanks for not mentioning the hump on my back. The Covert Frig does have much better cap, so you can warp farther. Better for hauling.
Why call the SB a covert ship at all? If it fits cloaks like every other ship what makes it covert?
As far as an inty goesą How would a couple defender rockets and then damage mods in the other two slots work for 1x1? Granted the cruises are going eventually get there, but shouldnĘt the defenders pretty much neutralize the SB?

2) Who in their right minds sets up their inty specifically for countering SBs? I mean, seriously, do people actually even carry defenders in an inty in combat?

only real prob with sb is that by the time you lock and fire, your a dead or b alone.
so waste the recloack timer and the lock/fire timer and you have a usefull ship.
i wanna go boom b4 they can say what the f***
