Hmm, my penny worth for the Sacrilege. Assuming that it's meant to be a shield tanking, missile boat. Let it fit 4 launchers instead of 3. Give it an addition 500 shield. Give it some sort of bonus to shield. Give it a low slot back. [ |

According to this, the sac has been boosted slightly:
1,325 Shield HP (old) vs 1,656 Shield HP (new) 1,150 Armour HP (old) vs 1,438 Armour HP (new)

jim what u say is true... i been usin a t2 large extender on mine for a while and it works well. the capacitor sucks but people can make do with it. your right the 4th bcu doesn't do all that much... on my setup I only use 2 and i do plenty of dmg....
what i really think is needed for the cerb is 5% to all missile dmg types in place of the kinetic dmg bonus. it is rediculous how with the other missile types i am stuck doing 25% less damage. It makes the cerberus too predictable of a ship. when someone hunting gurristas or something see's u warp in frankly they aren't all that scared because they know you are probably using kinetic missiles so they can tank you and if your not u probably wont do enough damage to break their tank with the other kinds anyways. to make the cerberus the true scary missile boat or whatever that its info says it needs to be more adaptable to different situations. the rof boost is fine if u notice i didn't complain about the rof or adding an extra dmg mod... ccp heard our call and upped the dmg mod... what would make it a truly quality pvp ship would be the ability to do all types of damage.
The eagles damage isn't acceptable in my opinion...for sniper setups 2 heavy launchers are not going to work and in most close range tanking setups u arn't going to be able to fit 2 heavy launchers and 4 t2 250's. I think adding a 5th turret and a bit more powergrid and cpu to fit would make it the sniper ship it is supposed to be without making any changes to the bonus's. WHICH by the way are a bad move in my opinion.

All I know is the eagle's dmg is just sad and it need some love compared to some of the other dmg monster hac's.

Not really, the Sacrileges damage is truly sad, the Eagles isn't so bad because other ships are having their damage SCALED BACK.
The Eagle can actually put out ~300dps with t2 250mm rails, and heavy launchers are getting boosted which is a very slight boost to the Eagle's DPS as well.
Also the Eagle is getting a HUGE defensive upgrade.
+25% Shield Resists with HAC 5 (25% base EM!) Shield Extenders, even large, FIT now, 5,200 base shields? Invulnerability Fields are cap friendly now. Damage Control II for further resists.
You can seriously get 70-85% other resists on an Eagle now, very easily.. even a normal 25% invul field + damage control II on the Eagle adds up to 50% EM and ~70-85 in all your other resists. ------ If Captain James T. Kirk and Mr. Spock embracing one another, in a bath tube, nude, in space, is wrong, I don't want to be right. |

Sacralidge...haha, I'd love for these ships to do something besides be an isk sink. They tank well, but not the best HAC tank. I managed to tank a suck-ralidge and it's tackling crow yesterday indefinately in my t1 fitted maller (I also had 3 med nos though so the sucking part of his attack wasn't working).

Sac is an odd ship. It's like they couldn't quite decide wheter it should be a shield or armour tanker. I think they should decrese it's shield HP and increase armour HP. and do somethig to increase it's damage. Eagle is supposed to be a rail sniper HAC. So give it a 5th turret slot. Cerb should gte a bonus to all damage types or the missile range bonus chnaged to something more usefull, like damage. Deimos should eb made more manouverable. It's a close range blaster boat but handles like a brick and accelertes slowly. Oh, and don't nerf the Ishtar!

IF you want missiles get a cerberus, that suggestions makes about as much sense as the one in that other thread suggesting an extra mid for the vengeance. ------------- Where are the named 800mm Plates and Mega Ions, CCP?
