Actually, from what I've seen the people who 'get' WiS generally have the ability to also appreciate the FiS part of EVE and it's this open-minded approach which I take as a sign of higher-functioning. They are open to new ideas, have a greater capacity for vision when it comes to EVE's future, and seem more able to accept other's idea of what EVE should be even if it doesn't tally with their own.

It's posts such as this one where anything outside of the existing game is seen as heresy that scream to me of exemplifying low-functioning, knuckle-dragging luddites.

Just saying. (But you're entitled to disagree, obviously)

For the same reasons, IncarnaGÇöthe real one with actual meaningful gameplay in itGÇö will be a big step towards the future. For an experience that relies so much on emergence and human interaction, itGÇÖs remarkable that itGÇÖs taken us this long to actually put a face on it. Once Incarna hits its stride, EVE will be more personal, and thus more accessible to general audiences. Visual self-expression in a virtual setting is a core psychological component of gaming; most people need to see their avatars, or something vaguely humanoid, or else they donGÇÖt connect with the game. We were behind the curve and it needs to be addressed for the sake of EVEGÇÖs longevity. We have the technology. Now we need time to add the content that will bring more meaning to the gameplayGÇöagain, without disrupting the space combat simulator that many of you are, or at least were, very much in love withGÇöand without delaying crucial improvements that this core experience desperately needs.

So, here is what you do:
First, unsub your accounts.
Then, tell all your friends to unsub as well. But this isn't enough.....

We all understand that unsubbing doesn't mean much. You will likely come crawling back for your EVE fix in the near future (if you ever left at all...)

Thus, you must then take the final and most important step - BIOMASS your character. Then, and only then, will your displeasure register in CCP's logs.

Don't tell us about it. Just DO IT.

And we will shed a single tear as your char is silently snuffed out like a fart in the wind.
And we will try to carry on....as we zoom around getting rich in our shiny new Platinum-insured Tornado gank-boats.
