Imagine:
7 425 II
1 XL shield booster II/C5-L 2 invulnerability field II 1 heavy electromechanical cap injector
4 mag stab II +3 of whatever lowslot mods you want to fit (such as three signal boost amplifiers) or need to fit to put all this on there (i.e. PDU's, RCU's, coprocessors).
Now tell me that setup wouldn't hurt if you were on the receiving end of its fire...
You will need 3 co-proc for that setup and i just tried it,Went through 21 cap 800 charges and could not get the raven below 80% shields....he was running 1 kin 1 therm..1 invul II.

It was at 30k,In theory the setup doesnt look that bad but ive found in practice that shield booster needs far to much cap to run as you cant fill your lows with pdu II's like the raven can. So when fighting amarr you will do much better but still get out capped against a good tank.
But im not here to whine about 425's as tbh they work and imo are balenced. Its the blasters that need help asap as you can tell that by the numbers peeps have posted above.

I have slightly better skills in a blasterthron then you Dreez, well actually there perfect + a -5cpu implant,i have nothing left to train. But like you i cannot beat a average raven pilot as many posts before me have shown why that is not possible.
I was there a long time ago when Tomb was balancing blasters against my corp mate (Authur Guinness)it was sad to see All he did was make AG fly in a straight line while he followed behind at 4k,shot at him and then said they do more damage then other guns at that range so there now balanced..was sad to see really. He sort of forgot about the rest like tracking and fitting issues.
For some reason he has never wanted to boost them even though the math shows they need a boost and even more so in a real combat situation. Just train average skills in a raven or apoc mate and forget the blasterthron...sadly its dead

Gronsak is correct,Its needs a huge lotta loving in the blaster cpu department before anything else. Actually blasters need more than loving, they need a Roman orgy full of loose woman to make them usable again
Dreez stick to your guns mate as that is how i feel...but after training for blasters and the mega since the day of release im tired of posting reasons why blasters need help and being ignored
Oh and that was exactly how the testing went as me and AG were on TS at the time confused about how he could call that balanced...and he was a tempest pilot./
