It's quite funny how you've such an opinion on the matter, seeing as how you're avoiding the game atm. Add to that, that you are the heart of the reason why KIA holds the PA in such low standing. While there was smack from the PA's side, it was at an ignorable level until you ever came into local. Your name stood out way beyond everyone else's when I was later asked about it by a PA diplomat. I was the KIA director who tried to push Eddz to keep PA at -10, as I told him that I would always consider them KOS personally after the contract. He disagreed and I had to go along with that, thankfully in BoB I don't have to worry about PA being neutrel/friendly.
As far as your personal record vs KIA, I only got to fight you once with my other fighting character (Gumpy) and you died. One other time, I did get a 2 point scramble and a web on your taranis but you managed to warp away (obviously a bug ingame, as you don't use stabs..). Despite numerous 1v1 challenges, you always had an excuse why you couldn't fight. But you always made time to smacktalk from the safety of the stations.
To the PA diplomat we spoke to afterwards.
LukeC's behaviour in this thread gives some idea as to why the PA were set to -10.

Always loved fighting you guys when I was in KIA. The numbers never really mattered, all that ever mattered was that both sides would always come back for more!

The people of KIA can be replaced, but the spirit cannot. I remember disagreeing with the previous plan for a suicide run in a Blasterthron fleet. I wish I had been involved in it, it would have been a lot of fun!
