Pirate faction BS got the third bonus since they were supposed to be harder to get than navy/fleet BS. Since complexes are crapping out pirate BS BPCs with such hilarious frequency that they're way easier to get your hands on than navy ones, how about the navy ships get a 3rd bonus like their pirate counterparts have? I want my Caldari Navy Raven to spray more missiles ^____^

Well, skellabjalla(sp?) said in the missions forum that theyd change it so bpcs would only drop from the final overseer...
but yes, 3rd bonus for empire faction ships (all of em) would be nice ^^;

How about making Navy issue caracals worth getting too? Right now it's easier to buy several cerbs, each of which are flat out better ships.

eeeh, navy caracals are a tech1 faction cruiser based upon the regular caracal.
the cerberus is a tech2 heavy assault cruiser with the caracal hull.
the navy caracal should never even get close to the cerberus.

In that case.. Make the Guardian-Vexor available and worthwhile buying... hahaha (that was a joke, better to just get 100+ normal Vexors for the same cost!!!)

On second tought, i'd give CNR same bonus as to rattlesnake

But the fleet ones are only a tiny amount better than normal BS , and they are more rare than faction ships.
They either need to be more available or better.

It would certainly make sense to either boost the empire faction battleships, or lower the availability of the pirate faction battleships.

Good point. How about boosting navy faction battleship skill reqs to make the pirate faction BS pilots feel better about the change? Something like... level 4 race battleship and level 3 advanced spaceship command or something? The original request still stands btw.

Yes, that was pretty much my point. A cerb is far superior to a Navy Caracal, but you're going to spend a freakin FORTUNE getting the CN Caracal.
edit: Let's not forget things like the hookbill, which are only good for adding to your ship collection.
