Yes, be aware that this will certainly attract the interest of pirate corps. While these are Kill On Sight inside Stain, watch out for them in Catch and other regions on the way to Stain.
And to those of you who flame us (not in a roleplaying way) for calling on help. Consider the possibility that CCP might want us to allow more than just Stain members to be able to take part in this event...

I know it ;)
I don't think so... If you're thinking of G-ME2K you're very wrong.
We have high lvl agents in Stain too...
It's obvious that noone Jove is online in Stain currently.

RAIDAKAOZ, this initial post is supposed to fit in the roleplaying of the storyline. There is noting we would like more than to only have the Stain Alliance only go after these jovians. But since we had already seen jovians in local and fired upon them, we suspected that something was going to happen. This was soon confirmed. The GM asked us to open up Stain for some non-stain people. We choosed to announce it this way.
And please note, the SA has NO ADDITIONAL INFO besides what is said in the official news. And the news was posted a long time ago, and yet, nothing has happened.

Well, 4 of Ouria's friends are down. No BPs yet. Just stuff like 1200mm scout and anode Large blasters, and other good pirate versions of things...

"Why on earth do the GM's keep catering to the already rich?"
This game is not something in which everyone shall recieve the same thing in a socialist way. It's a competition damnit . And supposed to be as real as possible.
I don't know about you, but I think it's pretty fair. I can tell you that I would be ****ed if the "combat drone" in the tutorial dropped a tech 2 BP instead of data sheets, while the most powerful forces in EVE was stuck with tech 1. After giving TTI (probably biggest economic power) some nice thing, which they worked hard for, I find it very natural that Stain Alliance (maybe the biggest military force) may be next to aquire some great item (which we really have to work hard for to get). I don't think it will be long before other great forces in EVE also aquires nice things. And soon they will be more public.
If you're not the winner in the competition, stop whining about it.

One could argue it was a direct result of TTi hard work which gained them enough fame to cause the original player to select them as the business partner. Had someone else been more widely known due to their own hard(er) work, perhaps the final owner of the laser would be that other company and not TTi instead.
Pretty much what I wanted to say
