The -V- leadership just wants to inform the community of eve, especially all the other alliances, that we right now are thinking about our standings to all of you.
We started as a small bunch of pvp-pilots. Right now we are a proud, tough alliance, who not fear any enemy. We fought many of you in smaller or bigger battles. Everyone who knows us also knows that we love to fight and that we try to be a fair enemy without much smacktalk, flamings or hopping on someone else bandwagon.
We will not stop fighting or give up anything,no,we will just sort our goals, which may effect some of our standings. There is no final decision done yet. We will contact important persons for this step and as soon we are done with talks, we will let you know here.
So stay tuned :)

Can you clarify exactly what you mean? Seems a little vague about what you mean. You are assessing your friends + enemies to see who to NAP with/break NAP with? Did i get that right?
Excuse the questions of a mere mercenary, im just intrigued as to what this means

For me:
A NAP - Non agression pact, means:
Dont attack eachother. Doesnt mean you are the best friends or?
In my definition a NAP is not similar to a friendship, its useful for political situation, but not more imo.
If "NAP" is the eve-word for friendship then i just wrote bull**** with my statement we dont have NAP¦s.

Well you obviously have some people set to blue, as everyone does, I would personally say that a NAP is simply a blue standing.
