Yay for horrible lag and getting stuck on the way to the event. And yay for placing the event on a bank holiday, possibly one of the worst days to hold it.
That's two years in a row now I've missed this event to that crap.

There were many people present along with a large Federation detachment organised by the Cyrene Initiative and its friends. I believe there were a lot more ships present then with the U'K Insorum protest.
Certainly it is something worthy to be a news item.
To my opinion it would have been more exciting if there would have been Caldari extremist with low Federal standings that the navy could have engaged.
This would have caused something way more interesting, however the way things went as they did is just fine too.
A bit sad that in local some none RP-ers found it needed to ridicule the RP-ers, trying to screw up the event...

I had several people flagged for can theft, but decided not to open fire, not really out of fear of them having a gang, but it just wouldn't have been a very good way of having 'rp' hostilities.
A few people did get CONCORDDOKKENED though, but I was lagging so hard any time I viewed the blob of ships, that I just found myself a nice spot to view the planet as they spoke.

Aye, I pressed F1 by mistake, ment to get the next track button right above it
