The caldari T2 ships don't get an EM bonus because they are anti gallente ships, the Minmatar get an EM because they are anti Amarr ships :)

Yes it sucks but it sucks for the reason that if you have a raven with like loads of shields and a native EM resist equal to the T2 minnie ships you would be stupidly hard to kill and balance would go out the window

That albatross is probably fake, if not totally outdated. Why would we want a flagship/command ship that can't use gang-assists (ie. the whole point of command ships, giving boosts to gangs), and the role of which is already taken by Fleet Command Ships, Carriers, Motherships and Titans.

Not entirely true Gunstar. On a boat with minnie t2 shield resits you still need a kinetic hardener if you don't want to have any weaknesses.
