After a year of loyal service to my corporation and to my alliance i have decided to retire from the political life of eve (cos im off to the alps).
For 1 year i have played a role in guiding the direction of atuk on a political and military level, with varied success but it now seems prudent to bring in the new crop that will take atuk further with new ideas and new perspectives.
Being a part of atuk does not always mean the smoothest of rides but it sure does make for an interesting career path.
Over the past year i have witnessed close up some pretty interesting events.
the collapse of CA
the fall of Xetic
the fall of FA
war with fix/ra/fsa/iron/nsa/pa/f-e/g/imp/e.t.c you get the general picture.
Over the past few months i have also managed to play a role in the 5 alliance helping deal with certain issues you have when a group of pvpers like the 5 join forces with friends like BoB.
What ever people say about the 5 you certainly cant ignore them if they come to your place to party.

Take care, we have not often been on the best of terms but I have much respect for the job you have done leading ATUK and The 5.
Enjoy the alps, they are awesome! I don't know what part you'll be in but their is a Hooters in Interlaken Switzerland that has great food... oh' and girls!

Banner images for your alliance or corporations may be posted in an official Press Release, size limits are as follows:
450 pixels Max Width
200 pixels Max Height
40kb File Size
All banners may only contain Corp/Alliance name and logo and OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE printed on the bottom right of the image.
Press releases are only necessary for major news regarding a corp or alliance that addresses everybody, people making press releases that are not authorised to do so by their corp/alliance is not allowed may be issued a warning for trolling.
Banners are allowed for official announcements by corp representatives ^^

This professor has a point.
I see a lot of ex-5 pilots in space. Some in Caldari Provisions, some joined other corps. The 5 is falling apart, I think the individual corps will pursue their own agendas soon.
Look for "ATUK leaves the 5" post soon. You read it here first folks!
