Just curious to know where there named implants that has these awesom new bonuses come from?
Agent rewards?
NPC drops?
Complex drops?
Complex rewards?
Anyone know?

you can get them from faction spawns.
there are low grade ones that give +2 to an attribute and normal ones that give +3.
slave implants can be looted from true sansha spawns.
what other faction drops which implants i don't know.

You find Faction Spawns in astroid belts after clearing all the Rats out them for a few hours. It's hard work but usually are very profitable.
Also, they sometimes spawn in non-deadspace missions. This has happened once for me.

Gurista faction = crystal implant set = 33-52% shieldboost amplification for the complete set (% depens on mixture of low grades and normal (+3) implants used.
Angel faction = halo implants = up to 22% (?) signature radius reduction.
Serpentis faction = snake implants = 33-53% extra speed
Sansha faction = slave implants = 33-53% extra amor
Blood faction = talisman implants = X% reduction in cycle time of energy transfer and draining modules IIRR.
Most popular: crystal, slave, snake, obviously.
The implants can be gotten as agent offers from agents of these factions, and all but the omega impants from NPC faction spawn drops in 0.0 space.

Omegas drop from NPC's too actually.
