If he tries to solve this by that rotten email system he's likely busy a lot longer then his ban is worth...

Tank was exploiting the system. Even though he was able to do it, it doesn't mean it was intended to be possible. If you could dupe ISK, that would be exploiting the system as well.
Even though he was warned by a GM, he continued to kill new players in 1.0 systems. He even posted this as proof on the forum. If CCP lets him back, I guess anyone that exploits can count on being able to come back if they cry hard enough.

IF the game was working properly he wouldn't be able to do that. Past a certain neg sec rating you are supposed to be targeted by police immediately. It's a bug in the system when you get a -10 rating and can kill with impunity. ahh what the hell.. give him a Jovian battleship BP for all his trouble.. that seems to be the response to any game issues lately.
P.S. can ya tell that people are getting tired of dealing with stupid horses*** where you try to play as a decent citizen but get slammed pink everytime you turn around... *sigh*....

Foo - it is a known bug now.. you get a -10 rating and you're safe as churches in high sec systems.. Fat times for Pirates.... High insurance rates for us Citizens

Because there is a bug, doesnt mean you should intentionally use it to harass people on their first day of eve. You know what thats called? Exploiting.

I wouldnt care if it wasnt in a noob starting system. But it was. And he probably ruined alot of people, who just started, game time.
and it wasnt the first time. He even got a warning about doing it.
There is no excuse for that kinda behavior.

Just curious, Tank CEO's account has been sold on from the original owner right? Did the corp get any say over who ended up buying it, or could any old monkey-boy have picked it up?
