Suggestion: Nerf Jump Freighters to be unable to go through gates. To increase the Difficulty of Good to null sec and increase the number of Freighter camps. Increase the need for Low Sec Trading hubs.

Subject - Create X local,
-- a local to allow all those with silenced accounts because of Harassment violations, vulgar comments can still be heard. Allow any one to join this channel. But this channel is not Auto Join - Warning is announced when joining this channel.
Result - Troll are allowed to have their free speech, but CCP removes the Mega phone of local which to spread their negative game impacting speech. Harassment, **** Links, Raciest comments. Spamming bots. Some people may have to be permanently banned to this channel

Topic: Prevent Command Moddules from Operating With in POS Shields. And Increases the Ships Signature Radius when active.
This should prevent the abuse of off the field boosters, but still provide strategic use of these modules vs being over powered.

Suggestion : Clone subscription service option which is 2.5 times the cost of a clone, but you get unlimited clone backups for that month. This should get those older PVP vets into smaller, more fun dieing in cheaper ship and becomeq less risk adverse.
