Ok here is how you can make 2 ships enter warp with just 1 guy driving them!..and lose them both..
Waaay back at the first days..
I was happily mining away in my punisher loaded with 3 miner1's (I was a n00b alright?) was very glad cause it was the first time I could actually carry my ore with an indy ship I just bought 1.000.000 isk (back then) and not continiously running back and forth to the station with my Imicus 2xexpanders.
I had the brilliant idea to put the bestower right beside my mining spot which I marked with a container right beside my punisher which was blasting away with me inside it) all the time, suddenly the threat wondow blinked and two npc appeared very close to me than they ussual spawn spot, and started shooting to my bestower!! OMG I thought.. and I panicked! I didnt expect to shoot the derelict ship first! So I climbed aboard the best. and activated warp to station, thought it was best to lose the 270k punisher instead of the 1 mil indy, problem is I equiped the bestower with nanofibers modules 4 of them, (WHICH AT THAT TIME WERE A BUGGED MODULE) so it would be more agile, and could do faster ore pickups since I didnt have enouph money to get some basic cargo expanders to finish with less runs and more cargo, to my horor(!) the indy started to slooooooowly turn its nose to the station as warp was activated and just standing there doing nothing while the NPC pirates were reaping through my hull now..while Indy waited..and waited..andwaited there for hours!!!!
I cried OMG again and did a darring stunt, I escaped with my pod and warped immediatelly back to station and jumped to my other fully fitted punisher fighter and proceeded back to save my bestower...as I warped in, and jumped again to the bestower I left with my pod hanging in the midst of a jump to a ship that has just warped by itself to said possition..back to station!..
Panicked for a third time, I jumped back to my punisher so i could at least save this one activate warp and jumped put again, thought that it maybe I could be fast enouph to catch the bestower as it was about to dock and move the frigate out of the danger zone, in my pod now clicked warp and prayed when finally made it again back to the station having the fat bestower in clear sight, to my shock the bestower seemed to be doing pretty decent speed with the 4 nanofibers fitted in..I knew it was time to get panicked again (and I was right) decided to aproach the arriving pilotless punisher and dock it succesfully at the station, and immediatelly activate my Imicus in order to catch the drifting in the depths of space bestower, while I was undocked I clicked aproach ship but this damn yellow bucket was doing at so much speed I couldnt catc on, but never the less I followed trough claculatin its carved trajectory in order to cover some distance with it and finally save it, when the bestower at 150k from the station suddenly vanishes!!!!
Well the story ends as the good GM Q finally brought back my bestower from empty space some hours later, but with a permanently damaged hull which wouldnt repair whatever I did. I thought my troubles were over for one day so do you who read this post, but no.. while I was dazzled observing the police ships outside of station and wondering why were they here, the threat window blinked and to my surprise there was Ywev with a stabber chasing my little punisher docking in docking out..and back again with me *****ing in the local..*****ing in the bounty channel yelling "A Pirate is here" *****ing back to local and watching with terror all the bounty channel lauphing because..it was full of pirates!! rofl, No bounty hunter on sight tonight. Well I wouldnt bother to undock and see if the pirate left (because back then station local and system local were two different channels) if it wasnt for the 10k of omber I left behind while I was chasing my indy.
