I love my retri for lvl3s.
But after RMR all 4 BCs will be just as goood at it, slower on the move but much faster on the kill.
And, lvl3 loot might be crap to you, but i bm and loot every single lvl3 in my sigil, and have for over 7 months, and ive found enough tasty loot to consider it worth it.
I couldnt bring myself to leave the loot behind ever again, for fear of not picking up a local hull expander or +3 implant or other similarly priced goodies you find in the dross...
All the rest goes into the pile and gets melted and sold, gets you a good few extra millions a week. :)

I once got a 50mill talisman implant on my third week of playing eve from a level 2 mission. Best loot i have ever gotten on a level 3 was a named heavy launcher worth 5 mill.
I think the extra LPs i will be getting by doing missions faster will overly compensate for any possible loot out there.
After RMR when there is "good" loot I will keep all loot, and be flying a HAC by then though too so the whole BC thing will be over...

So what about if the prophecy just had normal TL1 heavy beams, surgical strike at level 3, med energy turrets at level 3, and no heatsinks, but the AF had TL2 guns, surgical strike at 4, and the spec skill at 4, and a Heat sink 2.
They would both have TL2 ABs. So then which would be faster?
