Thank god it was a bit more clear cut who your friends were before I retired from politics. 
Back then it was a simple case of those that were CA we shot. Those that were fighting CA we fought along side. Everyone else was just too far away to be worth noticing.

To summarise the threads purpose (as there is much junk/spam/troll/flame) any SA found in Catch or Querious by Fix pilots will be shot on sight.
Have fun in space, fight your own fights, die with honour and let there be respect between PvP'ers, as Im sure there will be many good fights ahead of us.
If SA wish to discuss anything Fix related, the Fix diplomat and JCOS names are known to you, so use them if the need arises.

I'm not going to get into who was and who was wrong because tbh we all were wrong.
SE had its issues, but could of still fielded fleets with enough quality pvpers to defelct someone like G quite easily. but after the split Stain lost atleast half of its quality pvpers, some stayed with SE, Some just left.

Well FIX only had a nap with you guys, no travel rights so i'm sure if FIX went into your space, you would have told FIX to leave. By reading what you said there, you didn't deny DELTA having access to 5 space and if they do it kind of renders your arguement useless about ex fix corps having access to fix space. Also afaik the only time FIX asked 5 to leave Q was when stan went looking for his cat lol |

Happened a few times whiks, whilst persuing ASUYA people attacking us they went to FAT so we followed and told to stop or we would be shot at by fix ><
So bleh, not to mention they do both complexes around FAT and npc/mine in querious but we arent allowed to go and attack?

Really, FIX, you guys really need to get a real target or something. Causing a war with an alliance that has been smacked around that much is really a lame thing to do. Sure, SA are not by any means dead, but neither are they a really good enemy to be fighting. My bet is all you do is get a bunch of ships ganked by this move, and a major stain (pun not intended) on your alliance's honor by seeking out such a group.
Then again, I guess all the other alliances one could decide to fight have been taken already by someone else, but still, this seems like a pretty low blow. Even if you cause SA to disband, nobody is gonna pat you on the back for finishing G, IRON, and RAZOR's job. With the kind of stuff your alliance can field, don't you think there are better things to be going after? Plus, stabbing your allies in the back JUST BECAUSE THEY FLEW THROUGH YOUR TERRITORY is a pretty dumb idea IMHO. You don't see F-E shooting PA or NBSI just because they fly through Tribute and Vale of the Silent to get to empire.
I thought I would never say this, but SA, Kick some ass.
PS - Personal opinions not reflecting Corporation or Alliance policies.

Fix did ask a 5 member to leave Fix space when one of their members was using POS exploits to steal ships. But he recieved a quick GM suspension in the end ^^

Still, you guys had each other blue. You guys probably could have been allies if you cared to be. FIX IMHO could find enough real enemies worthy of their might without making a new one. Pardon my rash comment earlier, I did not mean to say you were contractually or morally bound, save that as southerners you guys could, ya know, help each other out or something and be productive. Plus, the <SA> tag is not so ugly that it will defile your space if it flies through it.

Really, for starting a war, that looks like a pretty lame pretext. Seriously, invent something more interesting and creative. Wars have been started over less, but that does not mean it was a good idea either. Sounds a whole lot grabbing a dossile lion's tail to me. All it does is **** it off and even if you have a gun, its really just not worth the risk and potential loss.
Whoever your cheif strategists are, you should really fire them. Not only is inventing relatively good pvp enemies familiar with your territory a terribly dumb idea, but you also sparked a defensive war, one that cannot be easily won (hence the all northern troubles with ATUK in H-PA).
So, In short, i never meant to imply that you broke any moral code by starting a war with SA. However, it still seems like a royally stupid idea.
