Good point if it has some web bonus, very useful to catch the pulse/ac's counterparts shooting from over 40km.
Ho and please don't forget the mandatory MWD to be sure your enemy will not miss you at that distance

If they're laying off devs while paying for shiny new offices that are now somewhat empty, it's a valid criticism. We're paying for a service and if their questionable decisions affect that service, we're entitled to complain :) |

If they laid off Devs TO get the offices, that might be a valid concern but that isn't the case.
And yes, you're entitled to complain about the latter part of your sentence, but complaining that after 8.5 year, harrumph, harrumph, they shouldn't have a good working space is just puerile nonsense.
Then again, these forums are filled with whining maggots who will cry about anything and everything so yeah, CCP should be working in a dark and cold garage and be wearing trash bags because they have made some bad calls on the direction of EvE in the last year or so.

the front one does not look the right size so it might be, but I don't think so. so there are 2 there on the front, 2 on the rear center of the main hull, then there are 2 more on the pods off the side. so I think it's 6 grouped in 2s, or maybe 7 in 2 groups of 2 and a group of 3. |

Upon closer examination, it doesn't seem to have that wing and engine thingie on the right side. That's a real shame, i dislike grossly asymmetrical shapes. |

i kinda hope not, people arent saying "fix hybrids, fix gallente ships" because there isnt enough gallente low sec gank boats around.
if you're a low sec pvper chances are u own a hyperion or vindi and have t2 large hybrids trained.
what people mean by fix hybrids/fix gallente ships is that pretty much all gallente ships and hybrid weapons are superseeded in every way by others in fleet combat..... FLEET COMBAT.
and it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever how a race like gallente can 'apparently' keep its border space with fleets filled with such poorly adjusted ships.
the reason why im being a little ragey... u devs have slapped a velocity level bonus for stasis webs on the new talos. that helps fleet level pvp about as much as giving it a pimp spoiler and sum underlighting.
the talos' base stats and what u can do with it in terms of DPS and optimals ARE impessive, im just saying that bonus is soo rarely going to be used at a fleet level.
u change it to a web range bonus but keep the max bonused range much shorter than a rapiers then thats a different story all together! but its not like everyone and your mother will be slapping a domination web onto a boat that cant travel cloaked and has a 40/50k buffer tank.
all im saying is plz CCP think about what Gal ships are missing that can bring them back into viable fleet pvp ships. |

Not every ship and every bonus has to be for fleet fights. That said, with the rail changes, both the mega and the talos are viable medium range ships.
