Calene, I had the same problem in not being able to get any new missions from my noob agent, just "Sorry, can you come back later" was all i got from them, BUT I had a chance to talk to a developer and he reset my standing with that agent (made so as i had never done ANY missions) and was then able to receive new missions. Hope this helps, (try going to help channel to find a dev; colored text) or file a petition.

I'm getting more and more interested in thos agent mission Found out about raising charisma and social a few days ago and I guess it must have helped a bit as I got a lvl 2 agent yesterday. I'm interested in expanding the numbers of agents I have. So I have a few questions... (Raised social to 3 right now...)
1- Can you actually get contacted at docking by agents? I knew it used to work before I played the game (so some people ended up with tons of agents) But it has neve happened to me as of yet. I would like to be able to get some agents closer to my HQ...
2- Can you only be contacted by lvl 1 agent if you dock? or can you get a mail form lvl 2 or 3?
3- What's the best strategy to get new lvl 1 agents to contact you? Just raise your faction standing and social skills and hope you get them? Dock a million times at a station?
4- Should I still run some missions for my original lvl 1 agent hoping to get a closer lvl 2 or another lvl or shouls I just switch to that lvl 2 agents? (he's like +10% I think) Please share your experience on this

Docking agents are bugged so no, you cant at the moment. Yes, it used to work before.
It will only be a lvl 1 agent that contacts you on docking.
I have not gotten anymore lvl 1 agents at all from any agent. They only progress upwards for me now.
I would recommend that you switch to that lvl 2 agent instead, be glad you got it, dont be picky about where it is.
Better agent quality is to be prefered before a worse agent, but I would rather do a bad quality agent than keep trying to hope for a better one. Quality basically affects how much money you get, how long time you get to do a mission, how quickly your faction rating increases each mission. But to get a new agent, I believe its based purely on the total number of missions done, so I dont care, I do missions for bad agents anyways. ____________________________________ Taggart wants YOU. Do agents give away rare Blue Print Copies? Ever flying around in a battleship just to do missions is like being a Collage Grad doing kindergarten stuff. Seems like a waste of time.

Not at the moment they dont. And with the cheesyness of the current missions I dont think they should. Just more money would be nice. ____________________________________ Taggart wants YOU. Join TTi! *waves his hand in your face in the jedi way* |

Ravenal, I have been able to complete missions from wherever I happened to be docked by talking to my agent. He won't give me a new job of course but he will say thanks well done for the last job. Assuming of course I have met the conditions of the mission.
