sweet pod of sisters launchers!!!! I was killed , camped and laser-molested!!!
I loved this contest! so in spirit of exploration! I have uploaded 2 extra pictures one is with my corpses and toon (wasn't sure if toon is allowed or only ship) and bonus picture with all my losses since start of the contest :PPP

FInally, my week 3 submission.
Must admit it wasn't easy to reach the deeps of null sec. Luckly i took the wormhole express on the way back and landed 8 jumps from Jita. No ships lost.
With big credit for Jade for the capsule shot.

I made it, phew.
That Wolf-Rayet star was hard to find, must have scanned down 40 different wormholes.

Funny story on my way to take a picture of Steve
So there I am, dodging gate camps left and right. Slow-boating cloaked between 20 bubbles and who knows how many dudes.
I jump into X-7BIX, one jump away from Steve, and there's 700 guys in system.
Looking around I notice a timer, a station was coming out of reinforce mode in 10 minutes.
I decide to lay low for a while, get a grip on the situation before jumping to the next gate.
The station is covered in warp disruption bubbles, and there's hundreds of ships defending it.
Soon after, Mad_Ani jumps into the system!
I usually have his stream playing in the background and had no Idea he was heading the same way as me.
He's there to cover the fight that's about to ensue, and sure enough, local starts spiking. TiDi kicks in and something tells me now is the perfect time to make my move.
Directional scan shows the gate is clear, I warp and jump, next system is empty, the picture is in my grasp!
After all that commotion I think the worst is over, and jump to Steve at 0. HUGE MISTAKE!
Someone bubbled the wreck, my ship gets decloaked and NPC pirates take notice.
I barely have time to take the picture before warping to safety.
Picture in hand I start heading home, null sec, on the opposite side of the galaxy.
I needed a few skillbooks so decide to stop by High sec. After all that's happened I've become bold and careless.
The last thing I hear as I undock from station is alarms, as my ship is targetted and gunned down by wardeccers... |

A great event I loved it. lost two Cov Ops Probes in total. Thank you to some corp mates who helped me. Some great stores on my travels. My favourite was was going through Wormhole space to find the Wolf-Rayet Star, explored 7 WH's till I found it, one of which had a null sec exit....just 6 jumps away from Steve! Couldn't believe my luck, sneaked to Steve via the back door, pics of Steve (Prime Arkonor for tier 2) and Vapor Sea all taken, only met a single Gate Camp on my way out, went into structure but still made it out......Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to get Steve so quickly and with no loss.

Hardest picture by far for me was the wolf rayet star. that damn thing took 3 days and around 20hrs of game time for me to find. I even tried asking for help in the wormhole channel but no luck. Not even a invite to a gank lol. http://imgur.com/a/CYmWU#0 |

The same w-space connection from my c3-null static that got me the Prime Arkonar got me 13 jumps to Steve the very next day. Thanks Bob!
After getting back to hs through a C6-C1-HS chain (thanks Bob!) it was an easy bunch of jumps through null to finalize the rest of the pictures.
Special shout out to HateMeMore for not podding me after bubbling me in his sabre. I offered the spiced wine and cigarettes in my cargo and perhaps he was laughing too hard that he forgot to shoot. We almost had a party in there. |

Really enjoyed this event.
I didn't lose any ships but did lose a pod on the express route back to high sec from my wh.
I'm happy that i've got to learn a bit more about New Eden and seen the sights i've been meaning to see for quite some time now. |

Getting into deep 0.0 was easier than expected; although just after paying my respects to Steve, I had to run into a gatecamp... ah well, saved me 50 jumps back home
