Xanotech
We are a small 0.0 industrial corporation who are looking to acquire more members to join our highly successful corporation. We are a tight knit group of miners, and other industrials and we are looking for a few experienced members to join our team. We provide all our members with all the tools they need to be a successful and profitable miner, including: 0.0 access, player owned structures, in-space refineries, and an ample supply of most necessary technologies.
We are primarily U.S. based, playing between 20:00 to 4:00 EVE time. We currently have a small base of active players that primarily participate during weekends.
Politics
We have access to 0.0, and also have access to high-level ores, moon minerals, and complexes. We will not discuss details here however interested candidates will be provided with information.
General Requirements
All candidates should posses the following characteristics.
Maturity, for the sake of argument we canĘt put on a minimum age on this, however all candidates will be screened for maturity and it is a requirement for our friendly and professional atmosphere.
Experience, all members are required to be experienced and have a good understanding of the eve universe, this not only means a decent amount of experience points but also ample understanding of eve. We require 3 million experience points minimum.
Ambition, all members should be highly ambitious and strive for the betterment of corporation and should in most cases be self-sufficient.
Additionally all candidates should function as part of the corporation and not as a stand-alone player. As such the ability of follow instructions and orders will be mandatory, we are not a free-for-all corporation, and thus if you are searching for such a corporation our recommendation is a freelancer corporation. We are a corporation with solid business principles and thus we absolutely require our members to be able to work as part of the corporation. We should note that all corp. members have a say in our processes and agenda; we strive to be as democratic as possible while operating efficiently.
Industrial Division
The Xanotech industrial division consists mainly of miners, logistics, and producers. The requirements of the industrial division thus are following upon the needs.
Miners:
Barge or Battleship Capable
High Mining Skills
High Industrial Skill(s)
High Refining Skills
Logistics:
Very High Industrial Skill(s)
Producers:
High production related skills (industry, pe, etc).
Sound foundation in production principles.
T2 Production skills preferred.
Recommended Skills:
Modest tanking skills are preferred for all classes, especially for those in battleships.
Support skills should also be high but there are no set requirements on this yet.
Combat Division
Xanotech is currently looking at recruiting more combat centered members to join its ranks.
NPCing Information: We are primarily looking for candidates that will spend their spare in-game time NPCing. Looking for candidates willing to function in 0.0, we have access to plenty of systems and two 6/10 complexes. Pirate Agents may be coming soon depending on how things work out.
PVPing Information: All candidates under the combat division should be able to participate in a variety of PVP. We are primarily keeping to ourselves and thus are not looking for a fully dedicated PVP wing yet; candidates that are primarily PVP focused should still contact us for opportunities.

Thanks for the continued intreast, however i would like to add to the above in saying that we do check backgrounds and corporation historys, you may be required to give a refrance whome maybe contacted in regards to your application and we do not take kindly to "corp jumpers" or "alts" from people not willing to commit their mains to the corporation.
That said we have had a great responce and we hope for a continuation in this.

Actualy i'am from england. When i first joined this corporation it was 80% USA based, i would say the dynamic is now more like 60% USA based, tho this is not an issue as their is allways enougth of us online to do what is required.
All it takes is someone to tank the npcs or enougth of us to go complex or a small pvp gang.

Last night we spoke to a small corporation (only 5 in number) with a small but highly skilled production operation going on in empier. The chat has given fruit to a nice expanshion for both partys. The bumps are simply to keep people aware of our status, no need for mass amounts of threads regarding our corporation, were content with just the one, besides we get ingame contact for interviews not much forum chit chat here :)

It has been decided that we will stop our recruitment intake as of the 7th of January to allow our current new members to settle in, we shall however be taking another batch of intakes into our trial program in a few weeks time so we are still taking applications via eve-mail (to myself or aeaus) after that date, and will interview succesful applicants on an invite-to-corp basis.
That leaves only 2 current days before we stop taking members into the current trial program, we will of course count any current applications unsorted as yet as pending on this intake and we will try to reply to all of them within 24 hours of this post.

We are currently working on setting up a second "empier" retreat location for our more "relaxed" members who are eaither not ready for the 0.0 but wish to enjoy some of the mineral benefits of low-sec without the wild wild west feel of actual 0.0 , or members who simply prefair low-sec to 0.0, xano-tech will likely never mine in actuall empier but as close as beneficaily possible for these members.
In light of this we will be running our next recruitment drive (est;3 weeks) with this in mind, sending new members with no 0.0 expirance to the low sec division first, upon succesful trial members will be given the option to transfer to the 0.0 division if it is felt it is in their best intreasts.

The next recruitment intake shall open as of Wensday the 1st of feb.
All interviews shall be conducted eaither before or on this date, induction shall take place on the 3rd of feb.
1 month trial period will then be inacted before a council vote on your progress is made and your fate determined. Following a succesful trial corp discounted market and other such corp services will be made avalible to recruits.
