Ok, here are the facts:

Minmatar ships are the ugliest, most useless ships ingame- Apart from one or two special cases.

The Vagabond is one of these cases, and the other two are the Vigil and Rifter - Why are these ships so common? Their speed.

1400s - The worst guns in the game, alpha strike guns that will dish out a good volley of damage, but during the 7-10 seconds to re-fire your opponent has recharged their shields/armor. With the new tanking abilities coming out the Tempest is going to be an old warhorse that get left at the back of the stable to rot.

The Typhoon, you can fit up a good typhoon fitting if you have quite alot of maxed out skills, but thats just it, you need to train for atleast a year to be any good at flying one of these ships. The Raven you get in and after training a few skills to level 3 you do very good damage. Armageddon you get in, fit some megapulses and bam, your formidable.

The Minmatar ships need some love and attention CCP.

I fly Minmatar and Gallante Ships:
1400 II's do 400-700 damage per gun for 6 guns Every 12s
425 II's do 200-400 damage per gun for 7 guns Every 6s

Lets do the math, take the middle numbers for each of these estimates
1400 IIs 550x6 = 3,300 Every 12s
425 IIs 300x7 = 2,100 Every 6s

So, to one volley of 6 1400s my 425's can do two volleys. Which means

Over 12s My 1400s do 3,300
Over 12s My 425s do 4,200

Doesnt CCP see a problem with this?

The Minmatar Battleships:-
*Need atleast a year of training before you can fly one of these ships properly
*Lowest DPS of all turret battleships
*Worst tanking abilities of all battleships

CCP you need to fix Minmatar.
