never had a problem with them personally. they seem to be ok dudes.
fight them occasionally around tribute / vale. more of an annoyance than a mojor problem tbh.
i feel that they are preparing for bigger things soon, so i am preparing for even bigger things.

My opinion on [4s] is they left Fountain when Bob invaded. I'd guess they initially went to rebuild, and then strayed a bit and are making new enemies.
It seems some of their friends are still fighting Bob, but [4s] are not?
I don't know anything first hand about Hirr, haven't seen them before.

4S is very well known for the dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock/dock/undock....and so on...
Some of them are ok,very few smack and like every 1 else in this game they blob from time to time.
Just remember that the Dock button is always close.

As a ceo and alliance diplomat of Stella Nova United I have a good deal of respect for both corporations.
Due to an agreement we made with another alliance we changed our standings towards both groups from +10 to -10. We set a date and time for these changes to take place with 4s leadership.
We have had a couple of engagements with them and they are a good fighting group. I have not seen many of them but the ones that I have don't smack talk local and have good tactics.

But there is also the case when the people camping are outnumbered by the people they are camping . . . . I do not think we should get into the dock/undock thing, it gets old fast. Some people see it as lame, some as a valid "bore" tactic to use on campers, some see it as a way of life as they cannot/will not fight, some use it as a way of getting good/strategic kills.
Each to their own.
In regards to the OP - I don't really have much of any opinion of 4s as I stayed away from the FDZ area for most my time in Geminate, however, I know people who have good things to say about hirr.

what I remember from 4S in fdz or whatever that stupid system (wich I hate) is called was us coming with lesser numbers then them. Them getting more reinforcements, we bringing in two more scorps (they still had waaaay more then us) then instadocking one by one while calling us blobbers
