I can personally attest to the value of this real estate. But the purchase isnt for the faint of heart. I can also personally attest to the locals and its governing alliance in their dedication to take it back. If you think you have the cajones to hold it from the IRON fleets...please...step up and try.
Previously in this thread, someone said that VFK was historically BoB, this is infact a half-truth. BoB heald the station during their comparitively brief incursion into Deklein last year, and completetly lost what little hold it had within two months of aquiring it. Now, I must say that of course alliances change, leaders change, and ruling alliances and governments often grow stronger. If you can't TAKE the outpost and its sovereignity from BoB by force, you will pose no threat to IRON when the fleets return home. We lost one outpost in the north, and gained inumerable conquerables and now two outposts in the south.
Personally, I think ASCN should buy it from BoB so we can spank them one more time for good measure when we come back up.

The 3 Most important things in real estate are location location location. I'll break it down for all the potential buyers out there.
1. Location, Rich in Resources: Located in low negative sec status system with Excellent NPC hunting grounds and even better mining possibilities right there in the local system. 15 Billion is a BARGAIN price for this jewel based on this point of location alone. A Good corporation could make back in the purchase price in just a few days based on the resources you have right in the local system.
2. Location, Scenic Deklein: Isn't it hostile you ask? HAH! The biggest misnomer about the north is it's hostile to new folks in the neighborhood. How false rumors were ever spread is beyond me. Granted, in every neighborhood you have your local hoodlooms who seek to commit petty crimes but all in All the north is extremely quiet. My friends and I have been here for many a days now and we can't even FIND any bad folks to clean up. We heard there were thugs and gangsters everywhere around this locale, nothing but the contrary is true, Deklein is a paradise of wealth and peace, How could you NOT want to own a chunk of property in this beautiful space.
3. Location: Er.. uh.. 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Did we mention it's a refinery? There's crokite in local? And Mercoxit? And no one will oppose you?

Nice spoiles gentlemen!
With such a massive opperation your selling, you should consider a 3 month LEASE for 10 bill to industrial corps instead of the sale. That way you'll secure a consistant source of passive income and if you don't like the residents you could order them to leave or evict when the lease is up.

I dont like the fact that the system has 16 moons, thus beeing wery hard to defend. Its it possible for you to capture the one of the other outposts in a system with fewer moons and thus easier to defend?
