Need to find someone?
Maybe you have it out for somebody, maybe you just want to find your old corp mate. Either way, if you need to find someone, anywhere in the EVE Universe, this is the service for you.
Prices:
- 5 million ISK per character to be located, anywhere in the eve universe. Simple, right?
- Discounts on bulk orders (such as whole corps or something) can be worked out privately.
The way it works:
You will either post in this forum topic or contact me in-game with the name of the character you would like to find. I will then locate the character. Once I have its location, I will request the payment and will then send you the location of the character.
Important note:
As there is timers on the amount you can locate characters per a certain time frame, your order may take up to 48 hours to complete.
However, I'm willing to give you half-price on any order exceeding 24 hours, and any order exceeding 48 hours for FREE.

only way this would work is if you had an in-game channel and we had the results right away. In most cases, people don't care where someone has been 24hrs ago, but more where they are right now |

I'm assuming you dont know how locator agents work, well, maybe it was bad wording on my part.
When I find the location of someone, I will pass it along as soon as I have it (I wont run the location if you're offline, ill wait). What I'm saying is that you can only run a level 4 locator every 30 ininutes (per agent). So that somewhat limits the amount I can do in one day. So im not saying it might be 48h to get your result to you,its 48 hours to run the service. Usually it will be within hours.
A public channel is a good idea though, thank you for that. |

Rooxin i tend to agree with the kadeshi guy.. u need access to more agents, and more alts to do it with. I am gonna assume you know how locator agents work, but don't know why and when people tend to use them.
What you need to make this a good service is:
1# Public channel so people can make contact with you
2# Enough agents or alts to provide the service in few minutes (lvl 3 agents take too long, so use only lvl 4s)
3# Faster and easyer process or requesting and providing the service
4# Make it cheaper
P.S. I will suggest you look closely to how red frog do business and steal some good ideas :)
I will explain also why people tend to locate pilots, so you can understand better your customer base.
-A fleet passes and by the time your slow-ass corp forms a counter they moved on, so you need to find them to kill them
-You have a fleet going and want to find where the enemy fleet is and if they are in range to counter
-You plan to deploy caps and want to find out if PL(or whoever is fishing for you) are close by
As you can see in all of these cases 48h timer is just not working, even if you do it for free. I would use such service if its done properly, as i am sure a lot of other people will :)

"Locates are us" channel has dozens of people doing this all the time. Their price is also 5 mil and the response time is usually 4 minutes because people already have their locator alts sitting in station. |
