In order: Download the patch, seed the torrent, launch, fix problems, change skill back to some short ones, do a mission, start putting stuff on the market at the new higher prices, hit some roid fields to try out the new rats, launch the lower number of drones, mine a little, jettison some ore and try out the new cans, and maybe join a corp.
That's about it, but it sounds like a full working day.
