Only reason why it has changed is because of the character I wanted to buy was sold, but the plan has always been the same: a tengu Char and a tengu. Now it is 4 bil because the character I want shouldn't sell soon because it has no character bazaar post and was offered to me privately.

This way you can start building some reputation (bonus points for an early payout). And it is also MY first investment, so I want to start small. Message in-game if you are interested.

Thanks for the offer, but 500m wont get me anything, so there will be no benefit for me taking it.

I have a character with less than 6m sp that does 850 missile dps (****** missile support skils level 3, and cruise spec 2), 70 drone dps (t1 drones), shoots upwards of 100 km , tanks any level 4 mission easily, and has an mwd fitted, so you won't have to slowboat, yes a motherfukin mwd, will also kill small targets efficiently (precisions + rigs + target painter on most missions), all that can be fitted for less than 500m. But in the time it would take to train to optimal level, I could pay back the debt and make isk using the character I will buy.

I didn't realize people ratted or ran missions anymore with the wonderful clone tags and incursions(which a T1, meta 4 battleship can get a fleet with some ease). I actually didn't bother paying close attention to that picture since it was obviously edited. Now with you are openly admitting you have edited a picture in the past to fool people, how can anyone now be even remotely certain that you have not edited the current pictures to make potential investors believe you actually grind?
