The only complaint I have is some of the uber NPC's. Pre-rmr I did all my level 3's in a Ferox and it was really getting boring. Post-rmr I have done them in the ferox and one in the raven. The one in the raven was the Black market hub. I did it without any problems, but when I was webbed by a wingman I put two heavy NOS on it. The webbing never stopped and neither did the shooting. I would love to have that never ending cap. I turn 2 heavy NOS on any frig in the game and that cap is going dry. for 5 minutes I let it run and it didn't seem to do anything, yet everything they do seems to work like a charm. I think that area needs to be looked at again.

lvl 3 missions guide:
1) Read the details of the mission
2) Tank for the rats keeping just about 20% more dmg output than you need.
3) On the first outing on each mission pack one (1) wcs.
4) Test the waters a bit. Kill frigs scramming first. When comfortable try killing everything but the frigs first and then let the frigs come to orbit and check: (a) If you can kill them (b) how fast you can kill them.
5) Try aggroing more than 1 groups at the same time. Check feasibility check escape routes. Test set up with AB.
6) You are now ready  Drop the wcs to get a bit more dmg output (so faster missions) use it only in a mission where you know its an absolute necessity. Use AB.
Acceptable kill ratio in lvl 3 missions:
Cruisers: 1 loss every 50 missions
AFs: 1 every 100
HACs: 1 every 6 months?
BSs: no losses accepted.-
Hope it helps.
(New EW effects: helps if you tried them in pvp. For the beggining of RMR pvpers will enjoy ratting abit more and rest should get out pvp a bit IMO)

its funny how only the noobs (people who try to shield tank amarr ships, and dont know what jamming is) are the only ones who come to whine on the forums about mission difficulty.
If the devs ever listened to them this would be one F***ked up game.

I did a lvl 3 Guristas Extravaganza this afternoon in a Ferox. It was marginally more difficult than before because of the jamming but this was easily compensated for by the increased grid / cpu / cap (and shields for some reason) RMR gave my ship.
Rewards were pretty good too - 1.6 million in reward and bonus and 1750 odd loyalty points.
No complaints here.... so far

I'm a caracal. I have 16 days to this account, I was running the lvl 3 qp 15 agent mission, currently doing Serpentis extravaganza. I found that lvl 2 missions are slightly harder than before only if you get the new missions, but right now with 0 heavy missile, just using pure assault launcher, I did 4-5 lvl 3 missions last night.
using passive shield tank, double invul shield 3 large shield extender.. 7k shield..

i would be interested in knowing how many SP you have and what levels in in what skills. Also what exact loadout are you using?
I soloed lvl 4 in my raven before missle patch.
I soloed lvl 4 in my raven after missile patch.
I still solo lvl 4 in my raven after RMR patch.
Look to your set up and skill focuses and if you are still unable to deal with lvl 3 then you will have to go back to level 2 or else get team mates to assist.
why moan? it didnt help the caldari when the scorpion was nerfed, it didnt help the caldari when the missiles were nerfed, it wont help you now, all you can do is improvise, adapt and over come.
