I am now the head of a small (< 100 players) corporation that is looking for new members. New members that want to have FUN! New players to the EVE universe that don't know where to go, what to do or how to get there. Older players that do know where to go, what to do and how to get there and willing to help the newer player out along the way! TBMC has a few programs that help the newer EVE player get to a position where they can make ISK faster (1st Cruiser Program, Mining Barge Re-Use, Pay for participation and others). These programs are there for ALL of our membership to use. From the newbie to the experienced veteran. Who are we? We are made of players that want to have FUN while we play EVE. We do it ALL(except Pirating/Griefing)!!! We have no ambitions on conquest of space (well, not yet, anyway! ) and we are primarily in the US timezone. I am looking to change all of that as time goes on. I want more players in other TZs so that we can span the globe. If this sounds at least a little bit interesting to you, PLEASE contact me in-game so we can get your questions answered and perhaps sign you up to be another TBMC player! We are primarily an industrial corporation, but please don't let that fool you into thinking that is ALL we do. We do EVERYTHING the game has to offer, except for Rule #2. Why are we recruiting? We are heading to 0.0 space and to get there we need more members, plain and simple. We have a variety of corporate programs that are there to help the newer EVE player get some 'help' getting to where they want to go as well as some more experienced members who know what the game is all about. We currently have 64 members (and yes, for those of you who actually care, there ARE some alts in the corp). I can hold in my corporation 900 members. I have PLENTY of room! They are a fun bunch and while i am having fun doing my own thing i might just pack up and join once i get resettled into EVE after a 5 month vacation, and rebuild some of my assets. Talons	Posted - 2006.01.07 15:01:00 - [29] Our Programs: "Newb Package" - Around 500k ISK and a Tech 1 Frigate (get out of that NOOB ship) of your choice! "1st Cruiser Program" - We pay 1/2, you pay 1/2 on your first Cruiser. For a Rax, that is about 4M that you won't have to come up with. "Mining Barge Kit" - If you are going to go BARGE, we will provide you the 2 extra skills you need to get started, the small Barge, the Strip Mining Laser.. A complete 'kit' all ready to go! "Mining Barge Re-Use" - When you get to the medium, trade the small one back into the Corp and we loan you a medium! This is how we generate more and more Barge Pilots! This program will most likely be extended to LARGEs once we get to 0.0! "Hauler Re-Use" - You get to the next level of a hauler, and then check the Ship Hangar (access granted after 30 days), if its in there, TAKE IT! You can use that ship for yourself, the corporation of to haul for friends! "Red Flag" - Named after the United States Air Force's Program that teaches "Air Combat Manuevering" or Dog fighting, we too provide our members with "lessons" in the basics of Player vs. Player combat. From some of the BEST PVPers in the game! "ISK for WORK!" - We have a payroll on a two week cycle and a 'point' system for the payouts. But the bottom line is that if you work helping the corporation get the material needed to build the things we want to sell, then YOU get paid for that effort! Last payout to the members was over 203M (combined) and that was AFTER all overhead had been accounted for! For more information about ANY of these programs, contact me (or any TBMC member) in-game! Talons is a good CEO. This corp has long term goals, but is not too strict about how we reach them. The corp has some good members too. Always willing to answer questions. Since I joined just before christmas I have been GIVEN 5 Frigates to practice with, a Destroyer and they paid 50% for my cruiser! It may not be the largest corp in terms of numbers or teritory (Yet) But this is a corp with ambition. Many of the members have good relations with neigbouring corps and some good contacts within 0.0 regions. Since I have joined we have opened our first offices in 0.0. A full scale move is just around the corner. But for all you new guys, dont let that put you off, no one is forced to do anything that they dont enjoy and you will have help every step of the way. Come and join us... you wont be disapointed! Hey Talons... do I get paid for this too?
