So you give guy A your money to give to guy B. Guy B who was supposed to get it has no idea what you are talking about tells you to talk to guy A because they took your money. Guy A then gives you proof that can only come from Guy B who has already told you that proof doesn't exist. If you haven't figured it out yet Ukash is dicking you around, and speaking as someone who works in customer support for a different company any time they "Forward your information to the correct group/division/person" they are shuffling it off to some over worked ******* who's job is to find a reason to deny your claim or delay it until you give up. |

OP, you should be aware of the fact that you are not the only person with a case for the support team.
It's pretty much like buying a ticket in the cinema. There are people in front of you and you have to wait until you are next in the queue.

And yes I know that, however I'm sure CCP has a support team dedicated to these sorts of problems so why not have them answer payment issue tickets.
That's the only thing I tried to get across, yet got steered off track by other people's unhelpful posts.

Its surprising that even though they don't have customer service they are far better than other companies such as blizz. For your 3-day ticket, it would take like a week for riot, 2 weeks for blizz, and like 6 months for anything else. |

We recently had some issues with Ukash payments but they were addressed on the 2nd of this month, so users shouldn't have any problems with using the payment method now.
There are a few cases we have needed to look into individually and they will of course be resolved as soon as possible. If you are one of those people with problems with these payments then please contact us through the support ticket system or directly through [email protected] and we will assist you as soon as possible.
