Let us all gather around and pray that we win the BPO lottery. Let us all pray to the gods of CCP, Hammer, Oveur, Tux, Kieron, And all of the lesser GM deieties. Let us pray that wayward BPO's find their ways into the hands of the deserving, and let us pray that each and every person gets what they deserve,

well the people whith multiple BPO's started early and were in non-ship feilds, So that helps explain it a little. But christ, I mean seriously, For the average run-of-the-mill caldari starship researcher like myself who can't afford multiple accounts, even with 400k RP, the chances are absolutly infintesenimally small.
