I'm saying that the use of the word "honorable" and "1v1" would have to be translated by the NSA to have any meaning in Eve duels. I have 5 different chars that I play. This may be my main, or maybe not. I have no idea.

Ganks are reserved for the test my tank I can dock whenever I want players. I have loads of evemail chat convos thanking eachother for a gf . Also, if I use reps it's because a wartarget undocked so I send 100 mill to the other pilot if I happen to kill him while fighting wt's. It's so you can keep fighting the next day. People know who fight fair and not. no more games... it's real this time!!!

While it should be obvious that they can simply drop fleet and invite their buddies at least they'll have to be doing that while you shoot them and will cut response time significantly. Alternatively you could just refuse to ever fight in high sec assuming that any and all attempts by someone else to fight in high sec are traps they are setting up with CONCORD to watch their backs while they bait in a victim. Exactly the same thing can still happen in low or null but at least you will be in the mindset to be ready for it. The mechanic is not broken, your understanding of EVE is.
