For every size of ship we got nice shield boosters gist,pith,gistii you name it,but no uber cruiser booster And maybe those gistum pithum afterburners too thanks

That would require 4,5 and 6/10 complexes of the corresponding faction.
Most factions are missing at least one tier of complexes and thus loot:
Bloods: no battleship sized loot (no 8,910/10's)
Sansha's: not sure
Angels: not sure, are there no 4,5 or 6/10 angel complexes ?
Serpentis: nothing cruiser-sized
Guristas: not sure again wether the lower end complexes have had the correct loot tables assigned yet.
As it is, I'd expect thsi stuff to show up once more complexes are seeded. Altho the absence of corresponding complexes does not explain everything that is absent, that part must be due to borked loot tabling.

the serp 4/10's loot table was bugged to hell and back for as long as i've been playing(and then some)
maybe they fixed it with RMR(I doubt it, didn't check yet), maybe it will get fixed soonish

So they are fine in their battleship and frigate variants, but overpowered in cruiser size? Maybe its really cause of HACs being too strong with them, but i doubt the BS sized modules will just vanish when tech 2 BS come out.

think HAC with gistum is more uber then a BS with gistum,in percentage that is lol But that is indeed a rubbish reason not putting them in game

Compared to a HAC? No it isnt .
Those three builtin 50% hardeners that dont count towards stacking penalty(not to mention the two hacs that get a invul field builtin ontop of that, again without stackingpenalty), are pretty nber.
But my personal guess would be the problem lies in npcing. Ccp doesnt want HACs owning 10/10 complexes solo i would say 
Edit: To clarify, do you have a idea how much damage serpentis do to my ship if i fit 2 therm + 2 kin hardeners?

I've been looking for faction (pith, gist etc) MEDIUM shield boosters. Some people are saying they have seen them ingame. Are they dropping - is this true? I don't see any on contracts at all though. Anyone have some first hand knowledge of whether they're available now?

Contracts instead of escrows removed a large chunk of the reseller market. So, lots of alts used for resellning exotic items on escrow no longer have any purpose.

They are definatly around, not many though that i have seen. I found a navy caracal in motsu running a mission with a gistum medium booster on a few days ago.
