possible with a small pos ? and in 0.4 since the patch ... ive heard that 0.4 can be moon mined and you calim sovereignty ...!

no sorry, i think pos in 0.4-0.7 are for pvp base / captital ship construction

You can't claim any system that is claimed by an NPC faction, and you can't moonmine in 0.4 however you can moonmine in 0.3 and below.
I think (someone with a POS running can confirm ?) that you can run one moonminer and a silo with a small pos but it 'll be a tight fit possibly.

Silo + harvester is a total of 1000 cpu. Any small tower can run this. Depending on which you use, alters how much you have spare for 'other stuff' like guns, hangar arrays and EW.

uhh.... i didnt know you could mine ice from a moon is that possible and yes moon harvesters can be used in 0.4 space which is the highest

mining ice is done in mining barges with ice harvesters, and 0.4 and higher can indeed not be moon mined.

You need sovereignty for Capital ship construction so you can't do it in .4 to .7. It has to be in 0.0.

ok i have a small tower and this is the list i have on it
moon harvester
silo
corp hanger
ship maintance array
3 sensor damping batterys
webber
5 turrets (small amarr beam and pulse)
1 cruise launcher
and if i can get hold of one warp disrupter (cause dame 150,000km range of 3 str is a must)
can fit all of this with ease althou the dirupters just for fun so anything that comes to my pos does not leave in it
