OK just a quick question...
What alliances allow access to their space for a reasonable sum of isk/reproccessing fees?
P.S. would also like to wish DEVS & Players of EvE a very Merry Christmas and a Happey New Year ...

I take it by that you want to mine, if not state what you want access for... ___________________________________________ http://www.eve-tutor.com

The ISS outpost, Marganis, in KDF-GY is open access.
It doesn't have a refinery, but it does have rather a well stocked market :). (I would hope that there are people buying ores to refine at starbases too, but if there's not, I'll probably start doing so :)) -- Lyrus Associates is recruiting |

if you're looking for PvP, just head in. You will find plenty of PvP.....well more like golden-ratio-vs-you but I guess that is still considered PvP. I can't tell you how many times I've been chased by 10-man herds while I'm alone in an intercepter or something, it's comical.
In all honesty if you're looking for pve just sneak in sometime, anchor some giant cans somewhere, and do it. Just watch for chokepoint systems and use a scout. Most alliances claim far more territory than they can reasonably patrol, and 80% of systems are low traffic. Plenty of space to work in. _______________________________________________

You might want to consider Syndicate. It is not claimed by any alliance but is a good place to hunt rats.
Also some pirates hang out there so you can get some PvP. But the smak is really bad if you get the better of them.
