He asked for it. Rod Blaine and Avon are definetly 23. Joshua's and j0sephine are good candidates too... I'd bet some good isk on their membership.

I can remember he made a lot of threads just prior to the [23] declaration about what CCP needed to do to get people to move into low-sec.

That was interesting, I swear I replied to my own topic a second ago... dern mods deleting my posts...
I just putz on the forums while I'm at work. I think my most constructive post was one comparing homeless people to players complaining about lag and moving people from one system to another. I'm a very un-influential person, yet I manage my own lil' store. How ironic...
Thomus doesn't post anything constructive. He just gets his posts stickied when he announces server lag or breaking a new PCU count. 
The rest of teh [23] just, umm... well, they make good points.
