GM is out of order and acting totally unprofessionally. Someone should have a quiet word in his ear....
So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong and to strike at what is weak. |

Agreed. Not that I care for pirates, but if you're going to slip off and get yourself podded like that, you deserved it, GM or not.
I really don't see what their beef was, corpses are just trophies (and biomass), if I was a pirate and podded a GM I'd want to show that **** off too. Y'all GM's need to grow up.
Also, I saw the GM that was podded in the station guests listing in that picture. So much for the GM can't clone theory.

GM claims he had work to do, and doesn't have time for BS - well, what was he doing floating around in a ship? Playing the game and slacking off on the job is the most simplest answer.
All players in EVE are FAIR game. That includes GMs, Polaris, NPCs, People.
If you undock, your a target. Plain and simple.
Why did this GM convo Ywev and demand his corpse back? Well, in my opinion - I don't think he wanted his corpse to be shown off to everyone. By doing what you did (especially getting one of your other GMs to talk to Ywev for you), you just made it WAY WAY worse.
Have an issue? Get a damn tissue. For gods sake. Speaking of which, put on GODMODE if you don't want to get podded GM, obviously if you have work to do, you should do that, duhrr .
Banning his account would be against your own terms of service - and to make a little more jist of this situation, could be violation of consumer protection laws, so think twice (maybe even 3 times) before doing what you did.

Perhaps the simplest answer but not the correct one. He was investigating an exploit claim.
But you just stick to the simplest answers.

Have you not learned yet all the rules don't apply. Espically when you are GM or CareBear or TTI. I've played E&B they have GM which were indestructable but sometimes a gm would hop into a regular ship and duel with ya in certain areas. Only thing that sucked about E&B is the game had issues such as lack of content. Lack of market also bla bla bla. But never did a GM threaten you with banning you because you didn't want to return something. One thing GM have to realize is that they are customer relation as a rep you represent CCP. If one thing CCP should not take this lightly if they do then they need to worry because this type of attitude will serve them no good.
I don't know but If I were to talk to my clients this way I would be on the sure road to unemployment office.
I guess this shows the inexperience of CCP to deal with a MMORPG and clients. Maybe they should hire some customer relation officer.
