I have access to that hangar, and we are allowed to grab stuff. If I left BNC right now with the missiles would that make me a corp thief? BTW Corp thievery might be regarded as OK but using a feature in an unintended manner to gain advantage (Corp Theivery) sounds very much like an exploit. It's fixed anyway.
