I actively petition to be allowed a corpse launcher.
I want to see corpses of their allies splatter against their hulls and giggle as they scream "UNCLEAN" or "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WHERE IS YOUR HUMANITY".

Seems to me he took the time to read the book and make notes as he went, combining scripture to answer questions posed today that would be incomprehensible to the goat herders that wrote it. Very smart and resourceful I would say if one took the fundamental position that the book was by definition correct and the basis of morality.
This is my fundamental bone to pick with Religious zealots, they are the ones that read the books in their entirety more often than not and believe it, whereas the bulk of the followers cheery pick the parts that conform to their own views. This leads me to hoping at night hat those that are religious, never take their Holy Books seriously or read them at all.
