Statement from penguin high command:
We have a crisis, we need a mascot for our forum signatures. However, being flightless birds and lacking opposible thumbs we are finding it difficult to use photoshop correctly (they also didnt print the manual in penguin). 
Please help us. We are willing to part with some hard earned ISK to the person that creates us the perfect mascot.

Ok, i'll just sum it up . We need a nicely done "atomic penguin" for our mascot. All you photochop experts i'm hoping you can help us.
What we want: a penguin, radioactive(er... somthin to that effect)...explosions...generally a evil looking penguin that has come to kick ass and chew bubblegum and finds himself all out of bubblegum.
What we are willing to pay: well....that depends on the quality of the work. i'm thinking 100 mill sounds fair, dependant on the quality of the work.
Deadline for submissions will be 2 January at 0000gmt(thats goning to give me time to recover from newyears hangover, i hope)

so far looking good....
I'm thinking more of a "realistic-ish" kind of thing. I'm looking for more of a cutout type design.
i really like PKlavins initial submission sort of 3D shiny and gives it depth. However we are looking for something different.
basically what we want is to use it in our forum sigs and eventually one day as a corp logo(soon as CCP gets around to it). Nothing too outragous colorwise or animation that is gonna give someone a seizure  .
So far i like what i am seeing ...thanks for your hard work.

2. thats up for debate. since we are planning on making a corp sig with it anyway might as well skip the middleman, if you can make a sig for the corp that would work too. personally i'd like to see both(once we talk it over in the corp i'm sure we could work out a compensation for the sigs inleu of a true mascot).
3. pixel/kb hmmm...well...eventually one way or the other it has to fit on a signature for the eve-o forums. and since i suck at teh intardnet asking me is a lot like asking a brick wall, sorry... i'm old what can i say

wow! ....so far some really cool work. I'm personally liking estuary's penguin but, i want to see more cause the contest still isn't over.
PS Ikvar posted in my thread, I WIN eve forums do i get a prize or something? Now all i need is Shikari and a dev or mod to post and i'll be in the cool kids club for sure!!!

Anyway, I really like the 2 first sigs you did, especially what you did to the planet. I just dont like the text, but I guess thats a matter of taste.. Really nice planet

The text can always be changed...I have over 180 different fotns downloaded on my computer atm.
