the penaltys for t2 hybrid ammo are just as ghey.
the caldari got a buff on the hole in the rmr patch. (ueah i love having my hac pwned again by torps and cruise) and lets not forget having ecm and wcs combined with forementioned weap0nry.
caldari got some implants for missiles (i don't see any drone imp)
chances are you would't have got a bpo even if they had been open to every 1.
lets not forget the fact u had a pure and complet numbers advantage on that ghey jovian event.
so it was all but impossible for you guys to come in anything but first.
and let me not get onto minmatar vs caldari.

But seriously, In the last year theres been a greater bloody favoritism towards Gallente by CCP in nearly everything. Caldari are supposed to be the most technologically superior race, shouldn't that be the case when it comes to T2 Barge BPOS? Im not saying screw Gallente and w00tz0r Caldari and give them everything, im just saying.. Share mmm'kay, and a little loving to the other races wouldn't go a miss...

Personally i agree that caldari got a big whack with the nerf bat, and the nerf/tweek that gallante got with drones has yet to show any massive differnce. But none of that shows that there is a conspiracy by CCP to have gallante > all.
Besides if there is a race that is screaming out for some boosting its the Mim's.
Oh and about those poor guys who you know who havent got a single t2 bpo, while you have a mini art gallery. Have you thought about GIVING one of yours to them? Hmmm

The main problem with gallente is drones, like most mmorpg 'pets', are still really overpowered when you take into account that drone ships can mount an impressive amount of firepower in addition to the drones (which, by themselves, can often do as much damage as a non drone using gunboat).
The tracking change things should help but Im not sure its enough. But its a complex issue as it involves npcing, pvp combat, and even mining, so theres no simple solution i.e. taking the nerfbat to a particular drone stat (the best hope for a real fix would involve totally revamping how the npcs behave and are distributed, coupled with a considerable drone damage reduction and/or nerfing droneship turret/missle firepower, and expaning support-drone options).

Iw ouldf like to point Raven is arguably the best bs atm.
I dont think its so uber it needs ot be nerfed but considering all scenrios raven seems to best in most comparing to other bs.
And yea democracy and freedom will alwys win.

You can look down your nose from the top of your tower of ignorance, but you'd have surrendered as well if you were in the same situation. At the end of WW1, a big part of France was a lunar landscape, it's industrial and civilian infrastructure was crippled, and more than 5% of it's population, it's most active workforce was dead. Germany wasn't as crippled to begin with, and had more population.
Germany and it's allies conquered the whole continental Europe, big chunks of africa and Russia, but I don't see you *****ing about how the others countries surrendered/lost.

Back to the subject, I think T2 mining barges BPOs should have been alaivable to every race, but it's not as if a desastating advantage was suddenly given over to the Gallente.

I'm a prowd Caldari and i just need to vent to the universe my unberable dislike to how CCP is giving Gallente race (if you can call them a race) overwhelming advantage in the EVE Universe.
I'm sure Caldari people are not the only one unhappy with this so other races are free to vent their grieve in this thread also and state their reasons.
Caldari reasons:
1st- Tech2 Barges are awarded via Gallente Starship Eng ONLY. They (CCP) seem to justify this fact by ORE being EX gallente... SHHHHHH
2nd- ALTHOUGH Ishukone (Caldari Corp) is known for having the most advanced tech in empire due to their good relations with Jovians, you DON'T see them giving some special tech2 BPO that no other corp offers...
3rd- Caldari WON a "recent" event in ACTUAL GAMEPLAY when WE collected the most Jovian parts. What do we get???? NOTHING, NADA, NIENTE, RIEN, DIDLY SQUAT 
4th- New tech2 missiles are released with the most stupid and cripling penalty that is memory of.
Now this is what i call using the SOME of EVE backstory to benefict some (Gallente, our lifetime enemies) and forget all the rest. Thats what i call balancing things up CCP  GOOD JOB
ok I'll get banned for what I said.
Think about it, caldari can have the best characters and best fighter ships in the game...and for you to complain...well thats just plain lame.

Precision missiles are the applied destruction of 9 months of game balancing work. The fact that you whine about the single most overpowered (and only really univerally useful) tech2 ammo speaks volumes to exactly how competent you really are.
The problem with caldari ships isnt the ships. Its that the caldari fly them.

If you are lucky i might throw some spare change your way, to go and kill one of my enemies for me. Only as long as i don't have to get so close that i have to endure that caldari stench.
There i'm sure that will clear up any controversy on the issue of why gallente are better than caldari, it all seems perfectly reasonable and self-explainatory to me.
I'd rather take my sister to the space prom than touch a Gallente!
