Salary:
$100,000,000 isk per month
Commission:
25% of Mining Op Profits
Requirements:
Full Tech 2 Boosted Orca,
Optional: 100% Refine Rate
Job Description: The Mining Foreman will be responsible for scheduling daily mining ops, 5 days a week, with a minimum of one hour a day. He will be responsible for staying for the entire operation collecting the ore into the corporate hanger, downloading the entire loot history and emailing it the CEO, and directing the mining operation within the guidelines of the Corporate Bylaws. In addition to his other duties the Mining Foreman will preform other industrial duties as assigned by the CEO or Board of Directors.
We require someone that will be mining between the hours of 6 and 10 EST. or near those times.

You.do realise an orca pilot could earn more than 100mil a month by himself? I have a perfect orca pilot with a hulk and I could easily earn well over 100mil and all I have to do is mine, not worry about organising ops and turning up to them ^^ |

have you guys considered a merge,
Why reinvent the wheel when we have a WELL established indy wing that you can be part off.
Then you will not have problems finding orca pilots
FYI> we have 7 Rorqs and about 8 JF in corp that help out with logistics
so why dont you talk to us and see what we can offer you.
