he has actually shifted the minerasl and flogged them and then shifted the money to an alt... not his main alt, as his main charcter, the one that has played for 3 months is still in our corp, and it is the highly skill developed one.
The offer is kind, as is the offer of a place in your corp, and we may take you up on this, but not until next monday when our fellow spacefaring caldari returns form spain

I would like to offer the deepest sympathies from Oberon-inc. You seem to be living the nightmare of most corporate facilitators. I have never met this 'Obertz' but would be more than happy to donate to any kind of griefing fund directed towards him. I only wish we had something tangable to offer you in this time of great discouragement. But we do not. What I can offer you is a safe and secure home within Oberon. We believe that mutual TRUST and FRIENDSHIP are the two most sought after recources in this game. And I would personaly vouch for all of our members in real life as well as in the game. We have good membership base as well as a family atmosphere.
Ships and equipment (including the Armageddon) are availiable at only mineral costs to all members. Please consider this as alternative leaving the game. Eve needs more people of integrity and maturity like yourselves.

Hmm, I checked out E-bay the other night. I don't know if it's a scam or not (probably is), but the going rate for 10M isk seems to be around US $25.
Now that's enough reason for a lot of people to commit some serious betrayal of trust.
Check www.ebay.com and search for "EVE online" and tell me what you think.

I am sadden, by this; We are presently going through the same thing.
The only thing I can say to you is Keep your head Up. TCC just lost 58 million, plus a BB BPC and a Megathron. Gone middle of the night.
We are on a massive, tear to try to recover from this Thief.
I just hope to find the culprit if it is not a bug so that we can get rid of him/her and move on.
If we recover from this and can help you, We will try.
No promise tho.

i am really, really sorry to hear that such thing happened. i really think if u cant count on the loyalty and trust in a game, u can't trust in those ppl in real life. even if this guy had problems with you, why can't he just sort things out, or if that doesnt work, leave in anger, try to podkill you etc. but robbing ppls asses is just imature and stupid.
very sad to hear that a game that should give u hours of fun and relaxation can **** you of so much.

Our corp got taken for almost 100mil as a NOOB corp; but for a core of about 6-7 of us that stuck it out, we'd have gone the way of the dodo. 
As it stands, we're quite well off; but only because we stuck it out and kept at it.
Have heart; it's not that bad.

This is certainly a possibility, but this member has full accesss to a folder, no grudge against us, and haddened layed for a month, he was a miner, as basically we all were, so he could access lowest level ores and minerals, this he lifted and ran away with, sold on, and then transferred the money directly to a new alt.

Actually that maybe the starting bid on 10 mil, but most auctions for 10 mil end up at about $50-$60. 1 mil lots usually go for around $7. Right now theres a 200,000,000 isk auction on there, thats at something like $600 (as of about 6 hours ago). The player selling it is russian, so Im making the (possibly incorrect) assumtion that its one of the RUS corp pirates selling off his ill-gotten gains for actual real money. The really funny thing is that the money appears to be coming from this dudes corp wallet (he posted a screenie to prove he had the cash, and its in corp wallet). I wonder if the CEO of his corp, whatever that is, is aware that 200,000,000 is about to be auctioned away ?

Yes we did, we only had allowed him access to the ore and minerals folder, for mining, sucks when he then runs off with all the minerals, sells them, and tranfers the money to an unused alt character.
And now i read thru evemail he has deleted his primary character. The crime is complete, and untraceable, unlike bank robbers in life, who concord would chase.

I want to once again thank everyone for their support, I have had lots of kind EVEmails from people, and it will take a while to respond to all of them, so please bear with me.
To all corps that have suffered the same, I feel your pain, to those small corps that haven't please learn from this, don't make the same mistakes we did and put too much trust into people, only trust those that you perhaps have known for a long time.
Now to my corp members - Thank you all for your hardwork, those that go by the name of Halo Jones and Stormbringer, they both put in hours and hours of endless mining, only to have it all taken from them.

There is one guy in my corporation who has access to everything:
Me
This is how our security works:
Hangar 1: Everyone (only small stuff in it)
Hangar 2: Board of staff only (me and some others).
Hangar 3: Research hangar (me only and all others have read acces, all bp's are stored here.)
Hangar 4: Production hangar, everyone got acces. This location is only to place the minerals you need for using hangar 3.
hangar 5: Our corp mining result: no1 has acces
Hangar 6: Corp ships, we got some ships to share between members. These are worth nothing and only ppl who can fly them have acces.
Hangar 7: Corp Sales and place to store the corps we got.
Basicly if someone will be stealing from the corp, he can rob us for 1 maybe 2 mil...
What he also gets is:
Get kicked out the best crew to be with
Get killed
If i cant find this person, ill just lock every hangar and only hand out personally...
Either way: i win, for 1-2 mil i cant be bothered cleaning up someones mess.

I would ask that people send in a screenshot of their select character screen just to see if that would provide some time to investigate or confront the person resposible.
Maybe I should of made this clearer, when they apply for thier corp membership I would have them email I the CEO or whoever is CEO.

Rther amusing, I just checked ebay for the 200M offer, I found 2 300M offers that use the same pic as evidence, both are up at round $1500.
I wonder why poeple bid on such an obvious scam, if he has 336478052 isk in the corp wallet he can not possibly fill both sales.
Now if I had an eBay account I would warn the buyers but alas, I hope the bidders can live without the $1500 they are about to loose.

A similar thing happened to my original corp. 2 members who were with us from the start decided to take advantage of the lax security of our small corp and run off with everything, including a blackbird blueprint we had worked very hard to aquire.
It's hard for me to see how allowing this sort of thing is good for the game. A lot of members of our old corp stopped playing, more than continued in fact. It's very discouraging when something like this destroys weeks of your virtual work.
I went and joined a bigger corp and am probably more successful now than I would be had I stayed in the smaller corp. Now the lost blackbird blueprint seems like a small thing but at the time it was huge. Keep your chins up and keep perspective.

We asked at all local stations and all local chast for people to kindy check their sell and buy orderss for the past 24 hours. Oberzt name appearsed selling quantities of minerals, the minerals from the hangar he had stolen from. He possibly had an accomplice, this we don't know for sure.
