Hey guys, hope you can help with a few questions.
Gonna start in WH, now my drake is fitted up and I'm going to start in c1, and work up, but what I hear and see for solo fits, is no relic or data analizers, so do I take it then its best just to kill n salvage the sleepers?
Also not to gimp the fit, i m using a launcher in a high and then salvage drones, seeing as the sleepers target drones anyway.

In lower wormholes (C1/C2/C3) we usually use salvager/tractor-fit destroyers with microwarpdrives. Salvage is where the money is, and the dessies align and warp quickly if necessary. And Sleeper salvage is quite small. You can easily fit half a billion in one destroyer's cargo hold.
A Noctis just does the same job twice as fast when fully skilled. |

In C1/C2 sites the data and relic cans aren't worth the sit and click time. Just salvage away. I would use a real salvager though and not the salvage drones.

Sleepers don't give bounties, they drop blueish loot that you need to sell to NPCs. Salvage in a C1 will not be great, but I'd salvage everything just for good measure. It's usually faster to use a dessie like TXG said, and less risk as well since you can't d-scan as often while looting. A Noctis is even better but also a bigger gank magnet.
The relic site in low class wormholes were a disappointment for me. I'd rather spend the time running a few combat anoms than trying to hack the sites. Your mileage may vary of course. |
