Could someone please list all the skills that makes your ship faster and warp and turn faster? To post the normal one first and then the ones that requiers the first skill on rank V would be nice 
And merry christmas every helpfull soul out there.

Navigation - Makes ships 5% faster per level.
Acceleration Control - Increases effect of Afterburners and Micro Warpdrives by 5% per level.
Spaceship Command - Makes ships 2% more agile per level.
Evasive Maneuvering - Makes ships 5% more agile per level.
Advanced Spaceship Command - Makes Freighters and Capital Ships 5% more agile per level.
Capital Ships - Makes Capital Ships 5% more agile per level.

Damn, I thought advanced space ship command worked on all ships. Another useless skill trained to level4 :(

Advanced Spaceship command does not affect freighters... I actually mailed ccp to ask this one. So I'm pretty sure the information is top-notch. as their reply was, no.

I think Capital Ships is the skill you're thinking of. Advanced Spaceship Command should work on Freighters as the skill claims "The advanced operation of spaceships. Grants a 5% bonus to agility of ships requiring advanced spaceship command per level," and freighters do require Advanced Spaceship Command.
I've never actally timed it as I trained the skill, but I fly a Providence and have Advanced Spaceship Command 5. It sure seems like it's more agile than it was before, but again I have no evidence to back that up.

minmatar frigate = extra speed for the minmatar fleet firetail
minmatar cruiser = extra speed for stabber
