you're not wrong, but on saturday it we wont just be there in the evening, we'll be here pretty much all day! plus a lot of us will be in the pub on the friday too!
honestly eve player meets are genuinely great! you may feel a little nervous at your first but honestly no one minds people hanging about, diving into convos, introducing themselves, chances are most people will ask if ur here for the eve blob player meet and the usual exchange of pleasantries and handshakes / manly hugs etc occur.
you soon realise people do check their egos at the door and we all get along, regardless of in game affiliations or ongoing feuds and wars! its very humbling and refreshing that u can walk into a room full of strangers initially and walk away at the end of the night having had a great laugh and a great time!
plus as the player meets grow in size and experience CCP brings moar goodies! i cant wait for another drunken karaoke night! |

Hehe... I haven't been in that JD Wetherspoons for a while. I remember them doing some cheap half decent food.
It's just round the corner from work :-)
For those using the tube to get there... Closest tube stations are either Tower Hill which is 5 minutes walk to south west... Or the station I'd recommend.. Aldgate.
Come out of Aldgate station... across the busy road. Turn left after crossing until you get to the one way road (everything will be coming towards you) and its about 200-300 yards down that road on the left.
Pity the meet isn't Friday night. I could come for a beer omw home from work.
Stick me down as a maybe... depending on how you guys feel about drinking with pirates... aaaaarrrrrrr |

Confirming we will have a Pre get togheter and Party as well friday evening into the night
I'll arrive around 22:00 ish but the local guys around 18:00
I also just wanna confirm that CCP is sending some "swag" today from Iceland and that we have at least 1 carrier and some other in game goodies from Razor alliance TGRAD corp as prizes to the EvE quiz on Saturday after the Dev show on Skype
CCP may have some "in game" things as well 
This is going to be a blast and I hope as many as possible will take the opportunity to come on Saturday :)
And on Saturday evening we release the party
