I tried to look like Blake from "Blake's 7", but ended up looking like Ray Stubbs from "Football Focus".

I wanted an avatar that you wouldn't really know what to make of right off the bat. It wouldn't scream "pirate", but it wouldn't scream "nice guy" either. An enigmatic flair can go a long way.

I wanted to create a happy character, one that was actually smiling. I found this to be very difficult to do. Not only did I have to find the right combination of facial jaw and mouth adjustments to smile, I had to make the eyes smile. If your mouth smiles but your eyes do not, then your smile is disingenuous.
Unfortunately, I picked a haircut that a thousand other Intaki's already have. I would prefer to be unique, but I ended up looking like everyone else. And no, I don't look a thing like my avatar in real life.

My Character is a refelction of a Police Officer. I know of some very brave guys in my local, and chose to make my character with a badge looing thing on his shirt. The face is ment to look pretty conservitive.

Two things I tried to capture in the pic... 1) age (wanted to look older than most others) and 2) calmness (ie trustworthiness since I was gearing towards a trader/builder). The only thing though is the small pic in game makes me look like a chick. Hey, it DID look good when I was first making it.

As I enjoy 1980's music and the fact that I had consumed a large quantity of alcohol when creating my char I decided to go for the New Romantic look circa 1981.
What I ended up with was someone who looked like the bloke who had no mates and everyone took the **** out of at school.
