Massive thanks to CCP for simply the best event ever, that absolutely rocked from start to finish. I'm amazed at how many people seem to have been drawn into the competition.
Awesome work by the Eve-Radio guys covering the event and the guys like Galaxian and Stratego who pitched in to help out.

Thanks to LeMonde, his helpers, CCP staff, and all the people who helped like galaxian and stratego, the eve radio people, the folks on irc who announced, and the ppl who streamed in the end.
You guys all make this game great.
The people who fought make this game the best game ever played.
Sorry to those who thought joining The Rock to play int he tournament was stupid.

/me hopes that CCP allow a similar type/style of tournament to be run 2 or 3 times a year ..
Surely all it needs is a little bit of preplanning and a couple of guys with transfer & heal powers

Awesome fight, best I've ever seen.
Thanks to all the people involved in bringing this to us, CCP, eve-radio, Galaxion, Stratego and Chribba for the streams on eve-live (and for being the best sport ever to turn up all by himself in our first round match!).

I remember some time ago some EVE player made a website and app that you installed on your puter and it allowed a live feed to be sent to his website so every1 could watch and see what you were up t. I never tried it so I dont know how good it is and I've lost the link. Anyone else remember this and have the link to the webby?

You sure they weren't using an existing app? I know there used ot be a website that you could watch someone play EQ on, then there was a semi-popular WoW-cam someone ran during closed testing.

This was a great event, well organized, with fun live reporting on radio, irc, video, and exciting battles that got more and more captivating up to the final "battle thriller". Congratulations to the winning BoB team, the superb runner-ups, and many thanks to all people involved in organizing and reporting. Great fun.

CCP should be very proud of Eris and LeMonde, they did a bloody fantastic job as did all the others helping them.
I can only hope future events are as mindblowingly great
GG to BoB, your skill as pilots beat us despite our vastly superior strategy 
I was also very impressed with Aegis Militia, Ushra'Khan and KAOS. Tons of good fights in this tournament, many absurdly close.. 83 struc left on a Tempest
