Well since WINMATAR started this whole debacle in the first place i would say the onus is on them to either prove it wasnt just some idiots ego inflating to blimp sized proportions or to just admit to it so everyone can get on with things.

It's Minmatar militia. They're one of the few 'PVP' groups in EVE that would much rather dock up and refuse a fight "to waste the other group's time and make them mad" rather than actually fight and get better/develop better doctrines.
There's a reason they still only primarily fly dual prop 180 SFIs and run from anything that could possibly beat it. People always thought we were just being "buttmad" because we were losing our warzone when we complained about the Minmatar never fighting and being terrible, but the truth is outside of one or two groups, they literally never fight and as a result never get better.

Honestly I'm not sure even this is true anymore. Every time I've roamed through the area, either with Perkin or with an alt, it appears that there are just as many cloaky stabbed Amarr as Minmatar (although admittedly the new low goes to a couple of guys from Biohazard that I saw plexing Floseswin in cloaky Ventures. Warp core strength bonus for the win).
There are a couple of guys who will always fight (Koza and Rifterlings are the noteworthy corps in Metro) but there just seems to be few others. |

Eh KOZA used to be more fun. Nowadays mostly fight in their home system with skirmish linked dual damp hookbills and the like. Been a while since I've seen them outside of Aset |
